How long will it take for my lighting order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your fixtures are dispatched.
What is your return policy for home lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or those with cut wires cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do your lights come with a warranty?
Yes, all Cusack Lighting products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering electrical components and finish defects. Some premium LED integrated fixtures may carry extended warranties up to 5 years.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Unless specified as 'Integrated LED' or 'Bulbs Included' in the product description, most of our decorative fixtures do not include bulbs. This allows you to choose the specific color temperature and brightness that best fits your space.
Can I use your lighting fixtures with a dimmer switch?
Most of our chandeliers, pendants, and wall lights are dimmable, provided you use the correct dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. For integrated LED fixtures, please check the product specifications for ELV or Triac dimming compatibility.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Because glass and delicate components are fragile, we recommend inspecting your package immediately. If your item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can send a replacement free of charge.
