At Cusack Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home illumination. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack With Care
Carefully repackage the lighting fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
